My maxisys pro was working without any prolem several days ago. Today I trayed to inspect my Toyota Prius 2011, than BMW X5 2012 but without any luck.... It shows me massage where is written following :" Unknown vehicle model " and it's impossible to do something. It just stopped working without any porpouses...
I do not know what could cause this problem. Can anyone help me ?

I would inspect the end of the cable of the VCI pins , and clean the terminals with electrical contact cleaner, Fully Charge the tablet , ensure the time and date are correct and reboot the tablet . -

Thank you my dear , i tried what you recommended to me but without any luck..
From the begining it connect to VCI and everything is perfect, but when I'm trying to diagnose the car it rejects and everything is starting from the begining. it tries to connect to the car but crushes all the time....like something is wrong with programme . I didn't do anything i have no idea what could happen, -

I fully charger the tablet and it helped.Thank you very much
